Nomad is a company that does not sell products or represent any specific manufacturer.

We offer our ability to listen to your desires and help you evaluate available options. Part of this process involves sifting through the sales process. Part of it is helping you manage contact with architects, engineers, and contractors. We help you in developing and carrying out a solid plan of action.

We have two objectives:

1) Add expertise to your decision making so that you can make better decisions.

2) Oversee the implementation of your plan by directing the activities of those you pick to perform the work.

Since we can operate outside the bidding and awarding process—and we are not selling any of the products you might purchase—we are in a prime position to use our expertise to represent your interests.

Many organizations have people on their staff capable of doing what we do -- it certainly is not rocket science. The piece missing from these organizations is usually the time and experience needed to do it best. The missing piece is an Owner's Representative.

We think you, the client, needs to have a person who acts as your advocate in the building development process. Almost every company that builds multiple, similar buildings has a person whose skill set is to manage multiple professionals as the project begins. Corporate America sees the value of this. It is important for you to have someone whose sole allegiance is to you. Subcontractors look first at how every issue will affect their part of the process. But as your representative, we take a broad view of the project and scrutinize all decisions based upon your overall needs, budget, vision, and goals.
