FACILITY RECOMMISSIONING

Nomad Group can provide a full evaluation of an organization's current facility and make recommendations concerning energy and conservation issues. Our goal is to help you look at a comprehensive plan for re-commissioning and not just grab the low-hanging fruit.

This evaluation can include:

• Helping the client review the suitability of the facility to meet the desires of the client.

• Evaluating where energy dollars are being expended by understanding and measuring both when they are expended (such as when the facility is in use and not in use) and what devices or systems are using energy. This includes segregating the cost of lighting, HVAC, cooking, and other special equipment.

• Evaluating life cycle and conservation issues related to the building envelope. This includes roofing materials, windows, doors, etc.

• Helping you with an image makeover as a standalone project or in conjunction with an energy modeling project.

• Helping you develop and implement all strategies you approve.
