Nomad knows it often takes multiple participants to complete any project. It is often not in the best interest of the owner to personally manage all the pieces required to complete a multi-faceted project.

So, Nomad stands ready to act on your behalf in organizing what is needed to accomplish the owner’s purpose. Below we have identified four typical points in a project, whether a commercial or church project.

We offer different entry points—so as not to discount or dismiss items you already have resolved in your decision-making process. This is your business and/or organization, not ours. No one knows it better than you. We are here to help you bring your project into reality.

   • We want to refresh our existing facility (bring it to the 21st century…whatever that means) to increase the number of customers.

   • We want a fresh set of eyes looking at our facility, listening to our business plan, and helping us implement the plan.
